This spring detox is all about fresh wholesome foods and giving our bodies a break from those hard to process elements, thereby jumpstarting the body and allowing it to improve digestion and process of using the energy we get from our food.
You can choose to remove just 2 or all of the items below.

You will keep a journal for the week and a recipes and grocery list will be provided via email. When we meet for Class during the week we will review and discuss our experience with the detox.

The first half of this all-level yoga workshop will be a sweaty vinyasa flow focusing on overcoming barriers keeping us from reaching our goals. We will explore the many ways of harnessing our maximal potential on the mat so that you can find it off the mat. Leaving you with a feeling of motivation and inspiration for success.
The second half of this workshop will be an hour of deep tissues work in the form of myofascial release using two tennis balls. Working into the shoulders and neck, back and hips, and even the legs. You will feel rejuvenate and refreshed leaving space for more inspiration.
